Comparison of macrophages M1 (M1) and M2 (M2) from eutopic endometrium from women with and without endometriosis Overall design: M1 and M2 populations were isolated from human endometrium by fluorescence activating cell sorting using a unique cell-specific flow cytometry panel of conjugated antibodies from six women with endometriosis and 5 controls without disease, all in the secretory phase of the menstrual cycle. Transcriptomes were determined by RNA high sequencing.
