新型研发机构基本信息与科技创新动态数据库是通过调研和查询企业年报的方式收集整理。主要围绕项目课题4的研究目标与内容，对应考核指标：收录全国主要新型研发机构的数据，考核方式为：专家评审。汇交内容包括参与课题研究的新型研发机构数据，涵盖“基本概况、人员情况、运营情况、研发活动、产业化活动”5个方面共116项指标，并汇交该数据库的专家评审意见函。其中，深圳先进电子材料国际创新研究院、武汉中科先进材料科技有限公司、山东产业技术研究院、浙江大学杭州国际科创中心作为应用示范单位，收集基本概况、人员情况、运营情况、研发活动、产业化活动五个维度的信息数据。其余818家单位收集基本概况及基本的人员情况。汇交内容包括：参与课题研究的新型研发机构数据；数据库的专家评审意见函。数据集文件夹中包含：新型研发机构基本信息与科技创新动态数据库.xlsx，数据库专家评审意见函.pdf，数据说明文件.dcox，logo文件夹。其中logo文件夹中汇交NBSDC元数据信息表中设计的logo图片。The Basic Information and Scientific and Technological Innovation Dynamics Database of New R&D Institutions is collected and organized through research and queries of corporate annual reports. Focusing on the research objectives and contents of Project 4, its corresponding assessment indicator is to collect data of major new R&D institutions across the country, with the assessment method being expert review. The submitted contents include data of new R&D institutions participating in the project research, covering 116 indicators across 5 aspects: "basic overview, personnel status, operation status, R&D activities, and industrialization activities", as well as the expert review opinion letter of this database. Among them, four pilot demonstration units including Shenzhen International Innovation Institute of Advanced Electronic Materials, Wuhan Zhongke Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Industrial Technology Research Institute, and ZJU-Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center have collected information data in the five aforementioned dimensions. The remaining 818 institutions only collect basic overview and basic personnel status information. The submitted contents include: data of new R&D institutions participating in the project research, and the expert review opinion letter of the database. The dataset folder includes: Basic Information and Scientific and Technological Innovation Dynamics Database of New R&D Institutions.xlsx, Expert Review Opinion Letter of the Database.pdf, data description file.dcox, and a logo folder. The logo folder stores the logo images designed in the NBSDC metadata information table that was submitted.
