This is the 2015 iteration of Uganda EEA's annual perception survey, which aimed to understand stakeholder perceptions on the agricultural policy enabling environment. The survey was evaluated over the course of project implementation. Deployed at stakeholder workshops for the first five years (2013 – 2017) using a self-administered questionnaire, and through online and face to face surveys in 2019 targeting the same respondents. 20 questions on a scale of 1-5.
