DataGermination indices derived from these primary data.Mario Zuliani, Laura Brussa, Jessica Cunsolo, Angela Zuliani, & Christopher Lortie. (2021). The effects of varying temperature on the germination of California natives and invasive plant species. Knowledge Network for Biocomplexity. doi:10.5063/F1VD6WXG.MethodThe R package GerminaR functions were used to explore and generate these indices.https://germinar.inkaverse.comFull details of the methods and functions described in supporting publication. GerminaR: An R package for germination analysis with the interactive web application “GerminaQuant for R”SpeciesA six-week controlled temperature trial was used to explore the importance of a warming climate in deserts and drylands on native versus exotic species common within California Drylands. Species included Bromus rubens (exotic), and the natives Salvia columbariae, Layia platyglossa, and Phacelia tanacetifolia. Genotypic variation was controlled using consistently produced commercial seed stocks.Indices
Table included above in data package from GerminaR vignette (https://cloud.r-project.org/web/packages/GerminaR/vignettes/introduction.html).
