Experimental Manipulation of Population-level MHC Diversity Controls Pathogen Virulence Evolution in Mus musculus Data File

This file contains data from 5 different experiments that are combined to develop the conclusions in the manuscript "Experimental Manipulation of Population-level MHC Diversity Controls Pathogen Virulence Evolution in Mus musculus." Balb.B, Balb.K, Balb.D.1, and Balb.D.1.2 were all combined and analyzed together, whereas, BB Sup was analyzed separately. Pertinent data to the analysis are in the columns labelled: "spleen mass," "proviral load," and "litter." There is also infectious virus from the genetic background of mouse used to infect the mouse in each row in column labelled "Virus" and the background of the mouse in the column labelled "Host." The "Treatment" column puts each mouse into one of Three treatments, Pure passages (Pure), alternating passage (ALT), or the initial infections to start the passages (Stock).
