Images and GIS Data from a Metal Detecting Survey and Field Observation at Northampton Bike Park, Houghton Hill, Northampton 2022

This collection comprises images and GIS data from a programme of Archaeological Observation, Investigation, Recording, Analysis and Publication at Northampton Bike Park. Work was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology between 22nd April and 16th June 2022. The archaeological works identified five linear features, two undated ditches (including a terminus) and an undated gully. Fifteen metal objects were recovered through metal detector survey, four of which were possibly medieval or early post-medieval, and the remaining eleven were miscellaneous post-medieval or modern objects.
