Passenger car sales in Switzerland: alternative fuels 2009-2020

This number increased continuously from 2010, amounting to nearly 41 thousand units of alternative fuel cars sold in 2019. In 2020, the number of vehicles sold increased to roughly 66,700 units, approximately 39 percent more than in the previous year.
