This dataset contains the raw numerical data, statistical analysis files, figures and supplementary materials supporting the study titled “MoCul4 collaborates with MoKmt1 to catalyze H3K9 methylation and regulates the growth, development, and pathogenicity in Magnaporthe oryzae”. File Descriptions:Raw Data: Raw data for growth, conidiation, spore germination rates, appressorium formation rates, and percentage of disease areas. Fold change for target genes compared with reference genes (H3, TUBULIN): includes data for mycelia, invasive hyphae and appresorium collected at 4h post-inoculation. Statistical_Analysis: Detailed calculations including means, standard deviations (SD), and P-values derived from one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's test.Supplementary_Materials: Contains supplementary figures (column, microscopy images, etc.) and tables (primer sequences, overlapping genes and unique genes for Veen diagram, etc.).Experimental Details:Organism: Magnaporthe oryzae (Strain: 70-15)Mutants: ΔMokmt1, ΔMocul4Replicates: All experiments were performed in three independent biological replicates with three technical replicates each.These data support the findings reported in the manuscript submitted to Virulence.
