Transcriptomics Datasets evaluated using IAN

We used two published RNA-Seq based transcriptomics datasets for evaluating IAN’s performance. The first study (Rosenbaum et al., 2021), provided a custom DEG list, generated by comparing uveitis patient transcriptomes against healthy controls . The second study (Zheng et al., 2022) provided raw RNA-Seq transcriptomics data generated by comparing Behcet’s disease (BD) patients and healthy controls. The BD RNA-Seq data was downloaded from NCBI GEO (GSE198533) and processed using the standard DESeq2 (Love et al., 2014) method. Both the datasets are shared in this DOI, for transparency and reproducibility.
