资源简介:
This dataset documents 30 large-scale gas-fueled energy campuses and associated infrastructure built to serve hyperscale data centers in the United States. Each entry reconstructs the project as an integrated socio-technical asset, combining land control, power generation, fuel access, and grid or private supply arrangements. The dataset includes project characteristics such as location, generation capacity, and development strategy, along with coded indicators of three de-risking channels that make these sites financeable and buildable: revenue certainty, delivery certainty, and cost shifting. These codes identify how expected compute demand is translated into enforceable cashflow, how reliable power delivery is secured under grid constraints, and how infrastructure costs are redistributed through public financing, subsidies, or regulated recovery mechanisms. Data were compiled from regulatory filings, developer and utility disclosures, and independent reporting, and coded conservatively based on documented evidence. The dataset supports empirical analysis of how energy infrastructure, regulatory institutions, and finance converge to produce “powered land” as a new territorial asset class for digital infrastructure.
