RPE-1: WGS HiFi & Illumina

This project deposits raw whole-genome sequencing reads generated from RPE-1 cells for the following manuscript: "Cell line matched reference enables high-precision functional genomics".Data include PacBio HiFi single-molecule reads and Illumina paired-end short reads. PacBio HiFi libraries were prepared from high-molecular-weight DNA (RPE-1, pan-centromeric cells) and sequenced on Sequel IIe; Illumina libraries were prepared from HMW DNA and sequenced on NovaSeq 6000.These reads complement the previously released RPE1v1.1 assembly and enable coverage tracks and downstream analyses.
