Escanaba Trough (Gorda Ridge) AUV mission 20160810m1 near-bottom processed sidescan *p.mb71 files (2016)

This Escanaba Trough processed sidescan data set was collected with an Edgetech 2205 sonar/sub-bottom system on MBARI Mapping AUV mission 20160810m1 (investigators Dave Caress, Dave Clague, Jennifer Paduan). The data files are in MB-System-compatible format (mbio format 71) and contain processed sidescan data. The AUV survey mission was conducted during the 2016 R/V Rachel Carson cruise RCSN393 (chief scientist Dave Caress). Funding was provided by a grant from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation to MBARI.
