Data of "Role of the alloy grain boundaries in the high temperature oxidation of 22 wt.% Cr ferritic stainless steel for SOFC applications"

The raw data obtained from the thermodynamic calculations is given to draw the oxide phase diagram as a function of oxygen pretrial pressure. The thermochemical software FactSage7.0 was used for the calculation. The processed data obtained from the weight gain test of two different samples is given. Discontinuous weight gain test was conducted. For each measurement, we measured a weight increase at least five times to get a reliable average value. The data provided here are the average values. The processed data used for Fig. 5 b) is given. Each column represent a single BSE image.
