FIBER COMPOSITE AND PLANT FIBER-CONTAINING RESIN MOLDING， AND PRODUCING METHOD OF THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber composite which has excellent surface smoothness and is used for efficiently producing a plant fiber-containing resin molding having stable mechanical properties， and to provide its producing method. SOLUTION: A fiber composite comprises: an aggregate part 12 containing plant fiber 21， thermally expandable resin capsules 23 and first thermoplastic resin; and a first sealing layer 14 which contains second thermoplastic resin having a melting point lower than the first thermoplastic resin and further seals the aggregate part 12. Further， a second sealing layer 16 containing third thermoplastic resin having a melting point higher than the second thermoplastic resin can be comprised in at least a part of the surface of the first sealing layer 14.
