Variation patterns of soil bacterial diversity, composition and network complexity across the degradation of desert wetlands in northwest China

Desert wetlands have been seriously degraded recently. However, the variation patterns of soil bacterial community across the degradation and the mechanisms that drive them are still unclear. They hinder us to accurately evaluate the impacts of wetland degradation on ecosystem and restore the degraded wetlands.
