Multicomponent Therapy for Age-Related Skin Stem Cell Deficiency P01

This Program Project Grant aims to (1) map key metabolomic, epigenetic and cell receptor stem cell pathways that drive age-related wound healing dysfunction; (2) identify therapeutically accessible nodes for stem-cell directed multicomponent combinatorial targeting within these pathways; and (3) discover agents that will likely affect the restoration of more robust and regenerative stem cell-driven responses to wound healing and physiologic maintenance and health.
