Haplotype-resolved, chromosome-level assembly of white clover (Trifolium repens). White clover genome sequencing, assembly, and annotation

We use PacBio HiFi and Dovetail Omni-C technologies to generate a haplotype-resolved, chromosome-level assembly of the legume white clover (Trifolium repens). We provide two resources as part of this study: (1) unannotated chromosome-level assemblies of haplotypes 1 and 2, and (2) Functionally annotated haploid mapping assembly, generated by taking the longest haplotype for each of white clover's 16 chromosomes.
