Bombus_dahlbomii_COI.fasta file contains 85 sequences of a 119 bp fragment of the COI gene amplified from 135 historical and 20 contemporary samples of Bombus dahlbomii collected in Chilean territory.Bombus_dahlbomii_microsatellites.xlsx file contains the genotypes from 7 microsatellite loci for 71 samples of Bombus dahlbomii collected in Chilean territory. The alleles were determined by sequence length.The data were analyzed in the context of the article: "Historical and contemporary genetic patterns reveal southern divergence in Bombus dahlbomii".
