Predicted protein structures for "Designing modular genetic sensors with TtgR/AcrR family transcriptional regulators by using a statistical and data-driven approach"

These files accompany the publication titled “Designing Modular Genetic Sensors with TtgR/AcrR Family Transcriptional Regulators Using a Statistical and Data-Driven Approach.” Each folder is named according to a protein described in the study and contains a dataset comprising the predicted three-dimensional protein structure in PDB format, and corresponding JSON files containing the per-residue confidence scores (pLDDT) and predicted aligned error (PAE) values.
