Code and simulation output accompanying the manuscript “Life history determines whether ecological trap sites are beneficial or harmful to metapopulations” (Manera, Wong, Berger-Tal & Kolodny). An agent-based, spatially explicit simulation (Python) tests how life-history strategy determines the metapopulation consequences of equal-preference ecological traps. The archive contains the simulation code, the Latin hypercube design, the raw simulation output, the analysis scripts (R), the fitted Bayesian metamodels, and the figures and supplementary data tables.
