Partaking in events with or for the LGBT community in South Korea 2021, by activity

According to a survey conducted among 16 to 74 year olds in South Korea between April 23 and May 7 of 2020, the most common engagement South Koreans had with the LGBT people was when speaking out against prejudiced behavior aimed at them, with 19 percent reporting to have done so. More personally involved engagements were undertaken by far less people, with the second most engagement, visiting an LGBT-oriented venue such as gay bars or gay clubs, was only undertaken by 5 percent of people.

根据2020年4月23日至5月7日对韩国16至74岁人群进行的调查，韩国民众与LGBT群体的互动主要体现在对针对他们的歧视行为的发声抵制上，其中19%的人表示曾这样做。相较之下，更为个人化的参与方式则由少数人采取，其中第二常见的互动方式——访问LGBT倾向场所，如同性酒吧或同性俱乐部，仅由5%的人所采取。
