D07 Prime Elementology Proto-Host / Proto-Mitochondrion Gap Atlas v1.0
收藏资源简介:
The D07 Prime Elementology Proto-Host / Proto-Mitochondrion Gap Atlas v1.0 is a conceptual and computational descriptor dataset designed to map the unresolved evolutionary region surrounding the origin of mitochondria. Rather than treating mitochondrial origin as a fully solved event, this dataset represents it as a partially preserved evolutionary cut-line between candidate proto-host relatives and candidate proto-mitochondrial donor lineages. The atlas organizes host-side candidates such as Asgard-related archaea and donor-side candidates such as alphaproteobacterial and mitochondria-affiliated lineages into a shared Prime-TB descriptor framework. Each candidate is evaluated through six prime-indexed axes: phylogenetic proximity, energy/redox compatibility, membrane/boundary compatibility, symbiosis or host-association, code/translation trace, and uncertainty load. This allows the proto-host / proto-mitochondrion gap to be inspected as a structured comparison space rather than as a single speculative claim. The dataset is intended for exploratory research, conceptual modeling, Prime Elementology development, Operatorology/O.i descriptor testing, and future comparative analysis of endosymbiosis, eukaryogenesis, mitochondrial ancestry, and evolutionary gap structures. It is not intended as a definitive phylogenetic resolution of mitochondrial origin.
