The HUE dataset is a high-resolution event and frame sequence dataset developed by the Department of Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University, specifically tailored for low-light vision research. It contains 106 sequences covering diverse low-light conditions such as indoor environments, urban landscapes, twilight, nighttime driving, and controlled scenarios. Collected via a hybrid RGB and event camera setup, the dataset combines high-resolution event data and complementary frame data. A non-coaxial configuration was adopted during its creation to ensure the diversity and authenticity of the data. This dataset is primarily applied to research on low-light image enhancement and event camera systems, aiming to address the challenges of image enhancement and reconstruction in low-light environments.
