Active retail customers in Saudi Arabia registered with EMI digital wallets 2018-2022

In 2022, there were 8.6 active retail customers registered with electronic monetary institutions (EMI) digital wallets in Saudi Arabia. This year also witnessed the largest single increase of active customers by over three million. Between 2018 and 2022, the number of active customers continued to increase year-over-year with each subsequent year being stronger than the previous year.
