README
This repository contains data and code used in the seismic and petrological analysis described in our study.
1. Receiver Function (RF) WaveformsRaw receiver functions (RFs) were obtained using Gaussian low-pass filters with different width parameters (a). The filtered RFs are organized in the following directories:• ./RFwaveforms/Deconv-1.0 – RFs with Gaussian filter parameter a = 1.0• ./RFwaveforms/Deconv-2.0 – RFs with Gaussian filter parameter a = 2.0• ./RFwaveforms/Deconv-3.0 – RFs with Gaussian filter parameter a = 3.0• ./RFwaveforms/Sta.info – Station location information

2. Trans-Dimensional Bayesian Joint Inversion CodeThe joint inversion was performed using a trans-dimensional Markov Chain Monte Carlo (McMC) Bayesian framework.Code is provided in: ./McMC-jointinvPlease check the Makefile for installing.
3. Obtained Velocity ModelsFinal Vs and Vp/Vs models obtained from the joint inversion are stored in: ./VelocityModels/${STA}/${STA}-${backazimuth}Each folder corresponds to a specific station and back-azimuth combination.
4. Petrological ModelingPetrological modeling was conducted using a modified version of the ElasticC code, originally available at: https://github.com/michpaulatto/ElasticC.The code has been modified to support three-phase modeling (solid + melt + fluid).
