Relations Between Working Conditions and Stress Among Teachers, 1993.

The purpose with the study was to map possible relations between different sides of the working conditions of teachers and experienced burdens of the teacher occupation. Information about the education situation, physical working environment, health in the broad sense of the word, measures of how much the teachers were burned-out and different background information was gathered. A postal questionnaire was made among a random selection of members of the union of education in the county Møre og Romsdal, limited to teachers in the comprehensive schools in Sunnmøre.
