Data of "Neurobiological correlates of personality dimensions in Borderline Personality Disorder using graph analysis of functional connectivity"

This dataset includes the numerical data based on which the analysis presented in "Neurobiological correlates of personality dimensions in Borderline Personality Disorder using graph analysis of functional connectivity" (D'Adda F., Sighinolfi G., et al.) was performed. The *.txt files contain the 85x85 functional connectivity matrices estimated for each subject. The order of the regions of interest as they were set in the matrices is the same as reported in the ROIs.xlsx file. The PID-5_tab.xlsx file contains the scores of the PID-5 domains and facets obtained by each subject. The column "Exam" corresponds to the identifier used to name the *.txt files.
