基于睡眠传感器采集的用户睡眠数据,将睡眠得分、睡眠时长、深睡比、打鼾比、体动比5个参数融合成睡眠质量评价参数,通过大数据分析与对比,确定用户睡眠质量在群体中的排名位置,并告知用户超越了百分之多少的用户。1、 将睡眠得分、睡眠时长、深睡比、打鼾比、体动比5个因子进行无量纲标准化;
2、 权重参数的选择根据线性回归模型训练得来,训练标签来源于用户对自身睡眠状态的真实评价;
3、 通过5个因子的加权求和,并进行标准化,得到睡眠质量评价参数;
4、 计算睡眠质量评价参数在大数据样本分布中的位置,得到用户的睡眠质量排名,即超越指数。超越指数范围为0到1,如0.8代表超越了80%的用户。
This dataset is based on user sleep data collected by sleep sensors. Five parameters including sleep score, sleep duration, deep sleep ratio, snoring ratio and body movement ratio are fused into a sleep quality evaluation parameter. Through big data analysis and comparison, the rank of the user's sleep quality in the population is determined, and the percentage of users that the user surpasses is informed to the user.
1. Perform dimensionless standardization on the five factors: sleep score, sleep duration, deep sleep ratio, snoring ratio and body movement ratio;
2. The selection of weight parameters is derived from the training of a linear regression model, and the training labels come from the real self-evaluations of users' own sleep states;
3. The sleep quality evaluation parameter is obtained through weighted summation of the five factors followed by standardization;
4. Calculate the position of the sleep quality evaluation parameter in the big data sample distribution to obtain the user's sleep quality ranking, namely the surpass index. The range of the surpass index is 0 to 1, for example, 0.8 represents that the user surpasses 80% of the users.
