This dataset enables our company (distributor) to accurately identify the monthly market potential of fragrance products across different regions, eliminate low-potential fragrance products, optimize inventory structure, improve sales efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost repurchase rates. By concentrating procurement and marketing resources on fragrance products with high market potential indices, we can improve supply chain efficiency, strengthen market competitiveness, and enhance Return on Investment (ROI). Meanwhile, this dataset also helps upstream brand manufacturers and downstream retailers analyze and compare the market potential indices and trends of different fragrance product models, so as to optimize their procurement decisions.
1. Data Collection and Preprocessing: Collect monthly aggregated sales statistics for different categories of the company's fragrance products, including statistical month, sales region, product category, monthly sales volume of this category (unit), total monthly sales volume of all products (unit), monthly sales revenue of this category (ten thousand yuan), total monthly sales revenue of all products (ten thousand yuan), and consumer ratings of this category.
