VPRS 8379 Procedural Guidelines; Registry Guidelines; Investigators' Handbook

This series consists of a single volume which served as the Procedures Manual of the Royal Commission into the Tricontinental Group of Companies. The volume contains the Procedural Guidelines, Registry Guidelines and Investigators Handbook. The Registry Guidelines is appendix III to the Procedural Guidelines. The Handbook occupies the majority of the volume. The volume served as a procedures manual for staff of the Commission. It was originally created early in the life of the Commission, probably early in 1991. In practice procedures varied over time but the original manual was never replaced. The copy of the manual in this series was registered as a document in the Commission's registry system. The registration sheet and registered document number are included inside the front cover of the volume.
