Data for: A Cell-Based Fluorescent System and Statistical Framework to Detect Meiosis-Like Induction in Plants

This data set provides the raw flow cytometry data for the manuscript with the same title. Cells from leaf, callus, and root tissue of Arabidopsis were used in this research. Content includes .csv files for raw data results, which have been converted from .fcs format, and R script files that were used to analyze them.
