MEG Data from an Abstract Image Navigation Task

This dataset comprises pre-processed, epoched SPM format MEG data files and behavioural variables from N=23 healthy participants completing an abstract "image navigation" task in MEG. These data were collected at the UCL Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Neuroimaging using a whole-head 275-channel axial gradiometer system (CTF-Omega, VS Med Tech), while participants sat upright in a magnetically shielded room. Head position coils were attached to the nasion, left and right preauricular sites for anatomical co-registration. The data have been cropped, high pass (0.1Hz) and notch (48-52Hz) filtered, and had physiological artefacts identified and removed using ICA. Finally, data were epoched into shorter time windows: [-5 8s] around the onset of goal cue images in each trial, and [-3 3s] around each button press during subsequent navigation.
