This compressed folder includes the all raw MS/MS data files per sample, as well as an Excel file with sample information, plant species identity, location, and sample dry weight. Metabolomic data was adquired by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography - high resolution tandem mass spectrometry using data-dependent analysis (DDA) and analyzed with MZMINE 2.53.
