Danger of Lacual

The lacual hazard level, approved by G.P. Resolution No 1307 of 4 September 2020, classifies the territory into hazard classes in relation to lacual phenomena, in accordance with Article 10(1)(a) of Provincial Law No 9 of 1 July 2011 on the basis of the criteria and methodology approved by G.P. Resolution No 1306 of 4 September 2020. Hazard classification is coded in the CAP field (HR2 — low residual, HR3 — average residual, HR4 — high remaining, HP — potential, H1 — negligible, H2 — low, H3 — mean, H4 — high). The mapping basis for contextualisation of the Danger Charter is the Provincial Technical Charter in force.本湖泊灾害等级（lacual hazard level）由2020年9月4日第1307号G.P.决议（G.P. Resolution）批准制定，依据2011年7月1日第9号省级法律第10条第1款第(a)项之规定，以2020年9月4日第1306号G.P.决议批准的判定标准与方法学为基础，按照湖泊灾害现象将辖区划分为相应灾害等级。 灾害等级分类通过CAP字段进行编码，各编码对应关系为：HR2——低残留风险，HR3——中等残留风险，HR4——高残留风险，HP——潜在风险，H1——可忽略风险，H2——低风险，H3——中等风险，H4——高风险。灾害宪章（Danger Charter）场景化适配的制图依据为现行省级技术宪章。
