资源简介:
Data and meta data used to support the findings of the paper "Foraging deeply: Depth-specific plant nitrogen uptake in response to climate-induced N-release and permafrost thaw in the High Arctic", Pedersen et al., 2020, Global Change Biology, DOI: 10.1111/gcb.15306. The study was conducted in Zackenberg, northeastern Greenland. Stable isotopic labelling experiment to simulate autumn N-release at three soil depths within the active layer soil profile to investigate plant, root and microbial N uptake over time and from different soil depths. Data include 15N isotope data for plants, roots, microorganisms and soil by treatment, species and soil depth, and data on ecosystem characteristics. See publication for further details: Pedersen, E.P., Elberling, B., & Michelsen, A. (2020).
