In order to investigate gene expression changes in a model of mitotane resistant adrenocortical carcinoma, we generated mitotane resistant clones from HAC15 bulk cells via long-term treatment followed by clonal selection. Overall design: Gene expression changes were assessed in nonresistant and resistant clones treated with DMSO or 50 µM mitotane for 18 h.
