Genome-wide single-cell perturbation screens with VIPerturb-seq

These files represent new datasets generated in the preprint "Genome-wide single-cell perturbation screens with VIPerturb-seq". See below for the description of the files, and the preprint for full details. multimodal_cell_line_mixing_pilot.rds - A Seurat object containing transcriptome, guide-barcodes, protein (ADT), and hashing (HTO) data for the cell line mixing VIPerturb-seq pilot described in Figure 2 of the preprint. genome_wide_screen_binX.rds - 3 Seurat objects containing transcriptome and guide-barcodes data for the genome-wide VIPerturb-seq experiment described in Figure 3 of the preprint. Each object contains all non-targeting cells in the dataset and a random subset of perturbations, as described in genome_wide_manifest.txt . genome_wide_manifest.txt - A table describing which perturbations are included in which objects for the genome-wide experiment. genome_wide_filtered.rds - A Seurat object containing transcriptome and guide-barcodes for a subset of 6,724 perturbations from the genome-wide experiment with fingerprints passing filtering. vimentin_screen.rds - A Seurat object containing transcriptome and guide-barcodes data for VIPerturb-seq screen for regulators of vimentin described in Figure 4 of the preprint.
