Run the script from that directory in a clean R session. The script should not require manual path or working directory resets if the archive structure is preserved. Odo_tree_Waller_Svensson_2017.nwk contains the time-calibrated Odonata phylogeny from Waller and Svensson (2017, Evolution 71). Supplementary raw data filesThe remaining .csv files contain raw data and specimen details from the micro-CT scanning procedure used to obtain body volume and surface-area estimates (ct_scanning.csv), metabolic and body mass data extracted from May (1979, Ecological Monographs 49) (may_smr_body_mass_data.csv), and cell and nucleus size measurements (cell_nucleus_size_measurements.csv).
