enviPath BART Submission for PFAS Precursor Transformation Pathways in AFFF-Impacted Solids

This dataset contains PFAS precursor biotransformation pathway information and associated experimental metadata obtained from aerobic microcosm studies of AFFF-impacted solids. The pathways were compiled for submission to the enviPath-PFAS database using the BART template framework and are supported by targeted LC-MS/MS measurements of previously reported transformation products.
