End-to-end autonomous scientific discovery on a real optical platform

This repository contains the source data, analysis scripts, and reproducibility materials supporting the study “End-to-end autonomous scientific discovery on a real optical platform.” It includes datasets, offline Python code, and generated figures for result inspection and partial reproduction. The Qiushi Engine core system and hardware-control software are not included; only research-level code and data derived from experiments on the platform are provided.
