PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH CEREBRAL PALSY

This study is a retrospective mixed-patterned study using experimental and in-depth individual interview method. The research was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Necessary information was given to the participants about the purpose and methods of the study, and their consent was obtained to participate in the study with the "Informed Voluntary Consent Form".The demographic information of the parents was questioned by the questionnaire prepared by the researcher. Each child's function level was recorded with the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS). The effect of the child with CP on the family was determined by the "Impact on Family Scale (IoFS)"; quality of life with “World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale – Short Form (WHOQOL-BREF)”; sleep quality with “Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)”; satisfaction with individual physical education was questioned with the “Pediatric Quality of Life Health Care Parental Satisfaction Scale (PedsQL)”.
