MULTIFACTORIAL ETIOLOGY OF SPONTANEOUS ABORTION DEVELOPMENT DURING THE FIRST TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY

This article provides a systematic analysis of the multifactorial etiologies underlying spontaneous abortions that occur during the early stages of gestation. The study comprehensively reviews genetic and chromosomal abnormalities that arrest embryonic development, endocrine and hormonal imbalances, the impact of TORCH and other latent infections, immunological rejection mechanisms, and harmful exogenous and environmental factors. Conclusively, the medical significance of preconception (pregravidar) care in reducing the incidence of reproductive losses is thoroughly substantiated.
