It is mainly applied in scenarios such as real-time monitoring, monitoring-triggered alarming, alarm handling, and alarm clearance. It enables the fundamental transformation of the safety operation and management of overall urban infrastructure: from invisibility to visibility, from post-incident investigation and disposal to pre-incident and in-progress early warning, and from passive response to active prevention and control, thereby comprehensively enhancing urban safety resilience.
