The survey data of Lithuanian consumers covered respondent/consumer attitudes and behaviours related to sustainable food consumption (the total number of questionnaires collected was 748). Sustainable food consumption in this research encompasses the following attributes of food sustainability: environment friendly (buying), animal-friendly, locally produced food, fair trade, food naturalness and waste prevention, and the impact of food on health issues. Moreover, the expression of the utilitarian attributes of food such as taste, price and convenience is also identified. This dataset provides to investigate gender, age, income, education, family status, living place (i.e., district) of respondents.
