Baseline Theta and Beta Activity and Theta–Beta Ratio Change During Neurofeedback in Children With ADHD: Data and Code
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains deidentified analysis datasets, Python code, model outputs, and figure-generation files supporting an exploratory secondary analysis of the ICAN double-blind neurofeedback trial. The study examined whether baseline theta and beta activity were differentially associated with early-to-late theta–beta ratio (TBR) change during active and yoked prerecorded-EEG control training. It also tested whether baseline EEG components moderated inattention improvement and whether TBR regulation was associated with behavioral improvement. The repository includes three analysis-ready datasets with synthetic participant identifiers, code reproducing all participant-level regression models, scripts for generating the manuscript figures, a data dictionary, provenance documentation, and automated validation against the principal results reported in the manuscript. Original study identifiers, dates, research sites, demographic variables, questionnaire items, and the identifier crosswalk are not included. The analytical files were derived from the public ICAN trial dataset: Arnold and Debeus, Double-Blind 2-Site Randomized Clinical Trial of Neurofeedback for ADHD, ICPSR 198003, Version 1 (https://doi.org/10.3886/E198003V1).
