Number of samples (i.e., individual larvae) from Florida and Northern Largemouth Bass (LMB) that were sequenced for each treatment, and the number of different tanks that the samples were distributed in to avoid pseudo-replication.

Differences in sample sizes per treatment were associated with the quality of RNA extractions, as only samples with an RNA integrity > 7 were included for library preparation.
