通过系统录入的方式进行清洗、加工、汇总,汇总跨境销售每个月各个国家的出口金额,通过计算各个区域每个月出口金额的方差大小,以用来评价各个区域的出口情况,从而用于评估各区域所有企业的生产和出口策略,对于销售额超平稳型,所有企业无需时时关注该国的行情,可每月保持好除草剂的生产和销售数量;对于销售额一般平稳型,所有企业需每季度关注该国的行情,适当调整除草剂的生产和销售数量;而对于销售额波动型,所有企业需每月时时关注该国行情,了解该国的销售行情变化,以适应大幅度调整除草剂的生产和销售数量变化。本行业所有企业可以通过往年数据了解本行业在该国的销售行情,以平衡生产和出口数量。其他行业也可以通过对该国销售评价情况,合理调整生产和销售。数据采集:记录公司除草剂外贸销售情况,并统计销售情况,根据出口国对销售量进行划分归类,从而将各年度每个月销售至不同出口国的出口金额,从一月至十二月依次用x1,x2...x12表示,并汇总计算得到各出口国当年的总出口金额x;数据计算:计算各出口国的月平均出口金额x̅=各出口国当年的总销售额x/12。根据方差公式计算方差s2={(x1-x̅)^2+(x2-x̅)^2+(x3-x̅)^2+…+(x12-x̅)^2}/12,从而得到各出口国的月出口金额的方差s2大小。由于除草剂受季节性影响,根据经验得出巴基斯坦的气候系数K=1.6,稳定系数P=K*s2/10000。数据应用:当稳定系数P小于20评价该出口国为出口超平稳型国家;当稳定系数P大于等于20并且小于等于50评价该出口国为出口一般平稳型国家;当稳定系数P大于50评价该出口国为出口波动型国家。
This dataset is cleaned, processed and aggregated through systematic data entry to compile the monthly export values of cross-border sales for each country. By calculating the variance of monthly export values for each target region, the export performance of each region is evaluated, which supports the assessment of production and export strategies for all enterprises operating within that region. For markets with ultra-stable sales: Enterprises do not need to closely monitor the country's market conditions in real time, and can maintain consistent monthly production and sales volumes of herbicides. For markets with generally stable sales: Enterprises need to review the country's market conditions quarterly and appropriately adjust the production and sales volumes of herbicides. For markets with volatile sales: Enterprises need to closely track the country's market conditions each month, monitor changes in local sales trends, and make substantial adjustments to herbicide production and sales volumes accordingly. All enterprises in this industry can leverage historical data to understand the industry's sales performance in a given country, so as to balance production and export quantities. Enterprises from other industries can also rationally adjust their own production and sales plans based on the sales evaluation results of the target country. Data Collection Details: Record the foreign trade sales data of the company's herbicides, summarize the sales status, and classify sales volumes by export country. The monthly export values of herbicides sold to different export countries in each calendar year (from January to December) are denoted as x1, x2, ..., x12 respectively, and the total annual export value for each export country is calculated as x. Data Calculation: First calculate the monthly average export value for each export country: x_avg = x / 12, where x is the total annual export value of the country. Then calculate the variance s² of the monthly export values using the standard variance formula: s² = [(x1 - x_avg)² + (x2 - x_avg)² + (x3 - x_avg)² + … + (x12 - x_avg)²] / 12. This yields the variance s² of the monthly export values for each export country. Given that herbicides are affected by seasonal factors, based on industry experience, the climate coefficient K for Pakistan is set to 1.6, and the stability coefficient P is calculated as P = K * s² / 10000. Data Application Criteria: Export countries are classified into three categories based on the stability coefficient P: 1. Ultra-stable export market: When P < 20; 2. Generally stable export market: When 20 ≤ P ≤ 50; 3. Volatile export market: When P > 50.
