ORCA on the Prdm8-Fgf5 locus in mESCs

We use optical reconstruction of chromatin architecture (ORCA) to image the Prdm8-Fgf5 locus in mESCs. The file Fgf5_ORCA_mm10.bed lists the genomic coordinates (mm10) of each of the 40 probes imaged in bed format (chromosome, start, end). Files NT_core.csv, 75kbUSP_core.csv, and 33kbUSF_core.csv contain raw ORCA data with the following column names: Spot_ID (individual probe spot number), Trace_ID (allele ID number), x,y,z (locating of indiviual probe spot), readout (Probe ID), Chrom, Chrom_Start, Chrom_End (taken from bed file corresponding to Probe ID).
