This dataset contains data associated with the development and characterization of laser induced graphene (LIG) electrodes based on cork material from wine stoppers, as well as the study of an electrochemical sensor for caffeic acid in wine and grappejuice samples using the developed electrode. The dataset includes raw and extracted data, processed files (treated, analyzed or prepared to generate graphs), and final figures related to the paper "Post-treatment of Laser-induced graphene electrodes obtained from waste cork stoppers and evaluation for caffeic acid detection in red wine"
