Dataset associated with the development of laser induced graphene electrodes obtained from waste cork stoppers and application as a sensor for caffeic acid

This dataset contains data associated with the development and characterization of laser induced graphene (LIG) electrodes based on cork material from wine stoppers, as well as the study of an electrochemical sensor for caffeic acid in wine and grappejuice samples using the developed electrode.
