O material está organizado nos seguintes arquivos: Dataset Bruto (Excel/CSV): Planilha contendo a extração de dados dos 12 ensaios clínicos de Fase 1 incluídos, detalhando eventos de eficácia (RO), toxicidade leve e neurotoxicidade grave. Arquivos de Saída Estatística (PDF): Arquivos nativos do software Jamovi (versão 2.3 ou superior) contendo as execuções da metanálise via Transformação Dupla de Arco-Seno de Freeman-Tukey. Relatórios de Metanálise (PDF): Documentos exportados contendo os Forest Plots detalhados, estatísticas de heterogeneidade (I2), testes de viés de publicação (Regressão de Egger e Kendall) e cálculos de resiliência (Fail-Safe N de Rosenberg). Código de Programação Utilizado no Software MermaidChart (PDF): Documento produzido com o código de programação completo e organizado na estrutura correta que foi utilizado para produzir o diagrama (figura 7) presente no artigo. Quadro 5: Caracterização dos estudos incluídos no artigo, esse quadro foi alocado nesse dataset por ser muito grande e de difícil edição no software Microsoft Word. Metodologia Resumida: Revisão sistemática e metanálise estatística/síntese quantitativa utilizando um modelo de Efeitos Fixos para estimar a incidência agrupada de desfechos clínicos com a aplicação da Transformação Dupla Arco-Seno de Freeman Tukey.
